This study aims to determine the Influence of Motivation, Communication, Compensation, And Work Stress on Job Satisfaction of SMK Negeri 3 Balikpapan. The samples used in this study is a teacher of the civil servant class at SMK Negeri 3 Balikpapan with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression methods assisted by the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that partially that the variables of the motivation tcount (59,015) > ttable (2.00030) and significance value (0.000) < 0.05 have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The communication variables had a partial negatif and significant effect tcount (-45,808) > ttable (2.00030) and significance value (0.000) < 0.05. The variable of compensation had a positive and significant effect on tcount (3.013) > ttable (2.00030) and significance value (0.004) < 0.05. The variable of work stress had a negatif and not significant effect on tcount (1,329) < ttable (2.00030) and significance value (0.189) < 0.05. Simultaneously showing that the variables of motivation. communication, compensation, and work stress have a significant effect on job satisfacation obtained values Based on (F-Test) known fcalculate (72.761) > Ftable (2.53) and signification values 0.000 < 0.05.
