THE EFFECT OF WORK DISCIPLINE, MOTIVATION, AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT ON PERCEPTIONS OF EMPLOYEES' PERFORMANCE AT PT AEROFOOD INDONESIA IN BALIKPAPAN

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and career development on perceived performance of employees of PT Aerofood Indonesia in Balikpapan. The location of this research is PT Aerofood Indonesia in Balikpapan. The population used is 50 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous and significant influence between Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Career Development on Perceived Performance of Employees of PT Aerofood Indonesia in Balikpapan. And the research that has been done that the results of this study show a partial and significant effect There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance perceptions. There is no positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance perceptions. There is a positive and significant influence between Career Development on Employee Performance Perceptions
