The purpose of this research, to know the influence of information technology, Task-Technology Fit, competence, and job satisfaction towards employee performance. Research object at PT Telkom Regional VI Kalimantan. The number of samples in this research amounted to 80 respondents at Unit Regional Operation Center Balikpapan. The sampling techniques used in this research are simple random sampling. This type of research is a survey with a quantitative approach and using desriptive analysis methods. The results of the first testing hypothesis (H1) is proven or acceptable the Truth is information technology, task-technology fit, competence, and job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance of PT Telkom Regional VI Kalimantan Unit Regional Operation Center Balikpapan. The second hypothesis of the test results (H2) proves that the competencies are partially dominant affecting the employee’s performance of PT Telkom Regional VI Kalimantan Unit Regional Operation Center Balikpapan.
