The aims of this study are to see the influence of Compensation and Competence to Statistical data collection and processing officer performance in the Department of Plantation and Livestock Kab. Tanjung Jabung Barat. The sample in the study was Statistical data collection and processing. This research is a type of survey research, data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire given to respondents, the questions in the questionnaire were made using a Likert scale and analyzed using Multiple Linier Regression. The results of the study showed that compensation and competence either simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of stastical data collection and processing officers.
