Abstract
The purpose of this study is to prove whether simultaneous communication, salary and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk Balikpapan. To prove which partially among communication, salary and organizational culture have dominant influence to employee performance of PT. Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk Balikpapan.
Hypothesis supposed that simultaneous communication, salary and organizational culture together have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT.Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk Balikpapan. It is alleged that partially salary has a dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk Balikpapan.
The first hypothesis proposed in this study can accepted for the truth that simultaneously communication, salary and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBS NISP, Tbk Balikpapan. According to the F test results, the analysis of Variance (ANOVA) output of SPSS version of 18.0 for windows obtained the value of F arithmetic of 4.260 larger than the F table of 3.07 with significance 0.007 smaller than the significance level of 0.05. The second hypothesis proposed also proved the truth, which supposed that partially salary has a dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk Balikpapan. Where the value of t arithmetic of 2.163> t table of 1.644 and Sig t value of 0.003 <0.05. The both allegations submitted can be accepted truth.
