THE EFFECT OF EDUCATION, WORK DISCIPLINE AND EXPERIENCE ON PERFORMANCE BASED ON PERCEPTIONS OF EMPLOYEES OF PT. TEKNIK NUSA BERSAMA

This study aims to determine the effect of education, work discipline, and experience on performance based on the perceptions of employees of PT. Nusa Teknik Nusa Bersama partially and simultaneously. The research data was obtained from reports on employee performance results for 3 years, namely the period 2019 - 2021 with a total of 53 employees. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis research test, it shows that the independent variable (education) has a positive and significant effect on (performance). The independent variable (work discipline) partially has a positive and significant effect on (performance) obtained tcount 3.210 > ttable 2.009 and a significance value of 0.002 < value (α) = 0.05. The independent variable (experience) partially (experience) has a positive and significant effect on (performance) obtained tcount 3.072 > ttable 2.009 and a significance value of 0.003 < value (α) = 0.05. Simultaneously showing that the variables of education, work discipline, experience have a significant effect on performance, the Fcount is 31.220 > Ftable 2.79 and the significance value is 0.000 < value (α) = 0.05.
