THE EFFECT OF TEACHER COMPETENCY, MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ON PERFORMANCE BASED ON THE PERCEPTION OF TEACHERS OF SMK KARTIKA V-1 BALIKPAPAN

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence, motivation, and organizational commitment on performance based on teacher perceptions at SMK Kartika V-1 Balikpapan. The sample used in this study were all teachers with 69 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the results of this study simultaneously Competence, Motivation, and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially shows that Competence has no positive and not significant effect on teacher performance, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance
