THE EFFECT OF OFFICE FACILITIES, COMMUNICATION, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF PT. BUKAKA TEKNIK UTAMA BALIKPAPAN

Every organization is required to manage its human resources well for the survival and progress of the organization because the achievement of organizational goals depends not only on complete facilities and infrastructure, but also on human resources. Office facilities are a supporting factor for someone to work comfortably besides that advancing employee performance is good communication. This study aims to analyze the effect of office facilities, communication, and work environment on employee performance. The population is 210 employees. Samples were used as many as 138 people. Based on the SPSS 25.0 calculation, Fcount = 167.678> Ftable = 2.67. With a significant result of 0,000 smaller than the significance level = 0.05. So it can be concluded that testing hypotheses together or simultaneously (Test F) shows variable office facilities (X1), communication (X2), and work environment (X3) together have a significant influence on performance (Y). The work environment variable which has the largest tcount compared to other tcount is 4.995. The work environment has a significant and partially dominant influence on performance at a significance level of 5% (0,000 <0.05). The results showed that office facilities, communication, and work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Partially the work environment has a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama.
