The data used in this research is secondary data derived from online and paperback dictionaries and corpus. The method used in analyzing the data is the componential analysis method. The result shows that there are at least three diagnostic components consist of several features. The components of meaning in such lexemes are [USAGE] including goods, services, tax, and penalty features, the [AMOUNT]components have fixed features and [TIME PAYMENT] has „regularly‟ feature in it. The word cost, expense, and charge refer to cost spent for goods and services whereas the word fee, fare, and rent refer to cost that is related to services such as transportation, professional, and rent. The word expense whose primary meaning is the cost is usually translated to „beban‟ in Accounting because of the [TIME] features in it.
