ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Environment toward Satisfaction of Employees with Motivation as Intervening Variable on PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Balikpapan.
The sampling technique used is a census method that is all the population sampled in PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. Balikpapan as many as 100 employees.
The analysis used is simple and multiple linear regressions. Based on the results of data calculations and analysis, obtained that is all the hypothesis in the Influence of Work Environment toward Satisfaction of Employees with Motivation as Intervening Variable are acceptable and proved its truth.
